I’m really happy with the work Mr. Tuff Glass did on my home! They installed the glass rails for my staircase and the shower enclosure in my master bathroom, and everything looks amazing. The team was clean, professional, and knowledgeable, and they were also flexible with pricing and payment options. The job was done on time, and they even went above and beyond to come in before the scheduled time so I could move in earlier. They also checked in afterward to make sure I was satisfied. My wife found this company online by accident and it was a phenomenal find. They were respectful, professional and meticulous in their work. The price was very competitive compared to my other quotes and the entire process took 2 visits over a 10 day period. The owner listened careful to what I was looking for and gave his opinions without trying to upsell me on everything. In the end, we finished with beautiful 2-panel sliding door with black fixtures that complemented perfectly our newly renovated shower. The constant communication, the ability to work around my schedule and the fact that payment was not requested until after all the work had been completed, convinced me that I had found the right company. I will be calling them back when I renovate my ensuite bathroom in a few years.
